Musical Entertainment by                           Caduceus - The Doctor's Band

ABOUT CADUCEUS THE DOCTORS BAND

Caduceus was formed 36 years ago in 1989 for a Christmas party at the Smith-Glynn-CallawayClinic. That evening, the band was introduced by the eventmaster of ceremonies , Dr. Rodney Geterour talented piano player and founding member.

?Our Origin

From the beginning, Caduceus was more than just a musical group. It symbolized the birth of a greater mission: the creation of the Springfield Music Foundation, Inc., which would serve as the parent organization of the band.

? Our Purpose

The foundations goal is simple yet powerful: to support the nursing profession by providing scholarships to aspiring nurses. Nurses are the backbone of both hospital and outpatient care, and we believe investing in their education strengthens the entire healthcare system we perform for weddings, private events and many non-profit organizational fund raisers.  We have literally helped raise millions for non-profits in the community.

How You Can Help

Every dollar we raise through performances goes directly toward nursing scholarships. If youve enjoyed our music, we invite you to contribute to our tip” fund and help us continue this meaningful work.

Thank you for listeningand thank you for supporting the future of nursing.
